Services include advice on how to create sustainable tenancies, offer intensive assistance to at-risk tenants, provide aid with priority transfers, and address challenges like rent arrears, VCAT hearings, hoarding and squalor, behavioural breaches, and family violence.
The Aboriginal Tenants at Risk Program

It is accessible to those who are already residing or planning to reside in properties managed by Aboriginal Housing Victoria or the Office of Housing, specifically in Greater Dandenong, Frankston, Casey, Cardinia, and the Mornington Peninsula.
The primary goal of this program is to assist tenants in preserving their current accommodations. For inquiries about this initiative, direct contact can be made with wayss or referrals can be initiated through Aboriginal Housing Victoria or the Office of Housing.
How Can ATAR Help Me?
