Women’s Outreach Program (WOP)

WOP aims to empower women to achieve independence through enhanced access to housing, support services, and financial assistance. Catering to women aged 16 and above in Casey, Dandenong, Cardinia, Frankston, and parts of the Mornington Peninsula, WOP addresses homelessness concerns by offering crucial support. This program is dedicated to assisting women in securing and maintaining stable accommodation.

How Can the Women’s Outreach Program Help?

Our dedicated team offer personalised assistance to women facing complex challenges and with a history of homelessness. Services include providing information, advocacy, assessments, referrals, and facilitating access to various accommodation options.

Tenancy Plus Program

Tenancy Plus Program

wayss’ Tenancy Plus program stands up for tenants in social or community housing and offers important and critical support. The program is accessible to tenants residing within the Office of Housing catchments of Dandenong and Frankston.

How Can Tenancy Plus Help Me?

Tenancy Plus provides a wide range of services to help social housing tenants to establish, strengthen, or maintain their tenancies. Services include advice on how to create sustainable tenancies, offer intensive assistance to at-risk tenants, provide aid with priority transfers, and address challenges like rent arrears, VCAT hearings, hoarding and squalor, behavioural breaches, and family violence.

Drug Court Homelessness Assistance Program

Drug Court Homelessness Assistance Program (DCHAP)

DCHAP provides support to individuals sentenced by the Drug Court of Victoria in Dandenong who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Referrals are made exclusively by the Drug Court Team.

How Can DCHAP Help Me?

Once referred to the service, DCHAP offers homelessness assistance and support to individuals on a Drug Treatment Order (DTO). The program helps clients secure short, medium, and long-term affordable accommodation while addressing underlying factors contributing to homelessness. Services include outreach and office-based support.
